Operator

Position Summary

The Operator sits at the center of sales, inventory, warehouse, and fleet — turning orders into deliveries every day.

Core Responsibilities

• Process sales orders from our mobile app and desktop system; place orders on behalf of sales when needed
• Verify inventory availability and reconcile system counts against what's physically in the warehouse
• Coordinate product allocation between sales teams when supply is limited
• Organize orders by route and route type, set delivery sequence, and manage cut-off times
• Generate picking lists and ensure a clean handoff from warehouse to fleet
• Solve problems in real time — shortages, late orders, route changes, driver adjustments

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills — you'll manage a lot of moving pieces simultaneously
• Clear communication across teams (sales, warehouse, drivers)
• Comfort working in multiple systems throughout the day
• A problem-solving mindset when plans change fast
